Mood Board
A mood board captures a ""mood"" that your company represents for us. These are single words, photos, short texts and even see some scribbles*. The mood board is created from the information you provide us about your business.
* Scribble: (Mostly) Handwritten sketch-like illustrations. These are the first ideas that are put to paper.
Brainstorm
We meet and consider ways to transform the ""mood"" from the mood board in a design. We gather as many creative ideas without bias and in a further step we assess the usability of all of them.
Selection
We select for you the best implementation of ideas from the brainstorming. This step is always supervised by our art director. He is the chief designer at Logoprofi.
Technical Preparation
We prepare for the implementation of selected ideas under the supervision of the Art Directors:The first designs are digitized now. Our designers use the most modern technical equipment, to make your logo look always up to date.
Internal Approval

Application
We apply your design to the most important communication media: your logo on your business cards and on your stationery! We show -if ordered- like any of these designs would work on a business card and stationery.
Delivery of design concepts
Compilation of documents: The logo concepts and their applications will be prepared and delivered to you at this point.
Selection of concepts
Now it's your turn: Which of the designs you like best? We work out the final logo from the logo concept that you choose.
Please note: Let yourself guide by your gut feeling, but sleep a night over it. Also ask employees, customers, friends or your family. The decision that you make now, has long after-effect. Your company will operate with the logo on the market and a logo-exchange at a later date can be complicated and expensive. Once you have chosen a concept, we start the finishing touches.
Your logo is important. Your logo will guide your company and your product in the coming years. Do not change your logo before at least 5 -better 10- years of use. Do not change your logo radically, but leave it at regular intervals (5 to 10 years) of work, in order to always keep you up to date.
Finalization of your logo
Fine-tuning of the selected designs: You define the way to go. Colours, fonts, proportions and shapes can still be adjusted. Logoprofi will give you best advise, but you must decide.
Good to know: The first draft is often a direct hit. More than 50% of our customers wish only one slight adjustment, since the first draft fulfilled all the wishes already.
Approval of design
Approval of the logo: Once you are satisfied with your choice of logo, please give us a design approval. This approval completes the ""creative"" part of the process. Now, this logo must be placed in a technically clean format on your stationery, your business cards or other communication media.
Typesetting
In this step we convert the design into a ""technical drawing "". Angles are measured, millimeters are counted and colours are calibrated. For this we create a documentation to let you know what colours, fonts, spacing, etc. were used.
Please note: For a professional logo, it is standard, but not every agency will provide a documentation. Insist on a documentation if you let someone develop a logo.
Application to stationery
According to your order, we will apply the logo on business cards, stationery, etc. At this point, we will ask you for the mandatory transfer of information (names, addresses, bank account, etc.) that are to be printed on business cards and other print resources.
Approval for printing
Whether we take care of the printing for you or not: we can not move on without a approval for printing. With your approval for printing, you consent to your chosen design. The name on your business card must be written correctly and your bank account on the letterhead must not contain any mistakes.
Typesetting of stationery
Just as with the typesetting of the logo, we must make sure that the printing files are 100% fine.
Production
The last steps are kind of logistical. Your office equipment is first printed. We take care of the whole process with a printing partner of our trust. This includes data transfer and the coordination of all print jobs until the goods arrive at Logoprofi.
Quality check
We will control the quality after reception of your print products. We check by default all properties of paper quality and print performance. This is your distinct advantage. For instance: In case of errors on your business card, Logoprofi take care of the entire complaint process, so that you always get perfect printing results.
Delivery of print products and data
All ordered print materials are collected by us and sent along with the data on the fastest and safest way to you. You will receive a tracking number of the service provider to track your shipment at every step.

Since a brochure can be very different, we are not able to offer standard prices, but have to calculate each individual brochure. Has Logoprofi its own print shop?
No - Logoprofi is a pure design company. In other words: We earn our money by design and not with print jobs. If you buy prints from us, they are given almost at cost of printing.
Your advantage: We control the quality and bear the risk, in case of bad print quality. We offer you the complete package and you do not have to worry about anything, except to your own core business!
Why does Logoprofi not offer any product bundles and packages?
It's simple: You decide what you buy from us and what you do not buy. Does a hair salon need a Power Point presentation? Requires a lawyer window lettering? We believe that the customer receives only a fair package if he can choose what contents are inside. Look into our configurator and see yourself how easy it is to create your own personal package. If you want, we help you: please contact us.
We do not want to offer unnecessary additional services you do not need, neither we want to deny benefits, which you would like. You decide on the scope of services.

Is an order placed on the website binding?
Yes - an order is binding and Logoprofi will start working straight after the order. But there is no risk for you - in accordance with our terms and conditions you can cancel our cooperation if you do not like our designs. However, you have no right to use the already created designs in case of cancellation.
What payment options are available?
At Logoprofi, you can currently pay in advance, on behalf and in 3 installments of the bill. Choosing payment by installments, the amount in to be payed in 3 equal parts monthly. We are working to provide you convenient payment by credit card and Paypal. Thank you for your patience.
Do I have contact only via the internet?
No - The contact between Logoprofi and their customers generally takes place by phone. We use the Internet and its possibilities to support our work. If you want, you can also visit us at our offices.
How long does an average cooperation take?
The duration of cooperation can be very different and depends strongly on the selection of your products. It can be generally said that a customer who orders an office equipment without printing, will work with us on average for about 2 weeks. When printing (of standard equipment) has been ordered, the cooperation may be extended for another one to two weeks.
Does the Art Director check every one of my Logo designs?
Yes. That is our promise of quality. Our art director does not only checks every design personally before it is sent to you, but he participates often during the creation. He frequently participates in briefings and accompanies a Logo from start to finish. You'll always have the highest design quality. Running without the internal approvals of the chief designer nothing moves on at Logoprofi.
What is a Logo concept?
A Logo concept is our proposal, how you should present your company externally. Those designs are not final: We aim to make you understand what possibilities there are to transport you companies message. A Logo design can sometimes contain several proposals, but is never set in stone and can still be adjusted. If you want to see many different lines of approach, simply select the number of Logo concepts that you want. The concepts remain the property of the author (Logoprofi) until the rights of use were transferred. This means that you can use only the concept, that you have selected and purchased.
What is a correction loop?
Within a correction loop, we fine tune the logo according to your wishes. If your wishes are very accurate and you have a clear idea of the final outcome, usually a range of one or two loops suffices. If you are adventurous and want to see many versions of your concept, more loops are needed. Here are some examples of typical correction loops: The colour of the logo is adjusted. The font proportions are adjusted. The spelling is changed.
What is the difference between the Logo concept and correction loop?
Let's put it this way: The Logo concepts are rough diamonds and during the correction loops represent the way of polishing you prefer.
What file formats can I get?
Logoprofi gives you in all popular formats in resolutions for all applications. Example: Gif-files are very practical for websites because the file sizes remain small at high contrasts, for a Power Point jpg files are interesting, because this common photo format is processed smoothly by the software. A vector graphic is scalable at no loss in quality to any size and You will need one if you want to label your private jet.
In addition to the different files we provide a description of the file formats, their use and the file naming. All data is available for download on our customer portal or on request to a disk via post.
What is a approval?
Approvals are the most important milestones on the way to your office equipment. You could say it is an permission to move on in our process. There are internal approvals, our art director has to give, and approvals, which the customer has to give. Such permissions are always binding and even if this has a formalist in character, the releases provide the necessary security for all parties after each milestone.
As a customer you have to give us two important approvals: The design approval and approval for printing.
What is the difference between the design approval and the approval for printing?
Giving a design approval you decide what kind of logo you want. You agree on colour, proportion, fonts, forms, etc.. After this approval the creative part of the design process is completed. An approval printing is needed before we start the production. The permitted file is the basis for the production and the quality of the printing is measured against this file. Before you give the approval for printing we recommentd to check extensively all data on business cards, letterhead, etc.
What means colour fastness?
The colours are defined in standard type such as RGB, CMYK, HKS or Pantone). The colour output on each screen depends on its quality and its settings. The same applies for printers: a colour can have slight differences on two different printers. Please note that only the digital definition (RGB, CMYK, etc.) is binding for the assessment of colours. Logoprofi evaluates the colours of printing results before they are passed on to you. We examine the basis of objective criteria, whether the colours were printed satisfactorily. We use standardized colour charts. Deviations from the perceived colour on the monitor and / or home/office printer of the client, therefore, are no quality defects when the colour test at Logoprofi has been passed.
Can I cancel the cooperation at any time?
Yes - this is how we assure the highest level of quality.
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, the customer may cancel the order at any time without giving any reason. All payments will be refunded. This gives you the security that you do not have to buy a logo, which you don't like. We would like to point out that -in case of cancellation- you do not purchase any rights to use the logo, its drafts and other documents that were created during the collaboration.

The company: Pictura Luce is a specialized photo studio with a focus on photography as an art form. The photographers go unconventional ways, if it serves the aesthetics.
The challenge:The target of the logo development for Pictura Luce was to design a logo that emphasizes the passion for photography as an art form, while resting serious and down to earth.
The result:The drop reflects the entire light spectrum, which the artist uses for his work. He paints with light. The typography is chosen to be very serious and timeless.
Babel - Nurseries
The company: Babel Nurseries is a Zurich-based company that builds multi-lingual child care in cooperation with large enterprises.
The challenge:The start-up needed a logo that appeals to the parents child-friendly and also suitable to communicate with enterprises. The logo should be playful and business-like at the same time.
The result:The client decided for this draft because it was very simple but ambiguous at the same time. It shows a rising wave motion and at second glance you can see children of different ages, holding hands.
Listan GmbH & Co. KG
The company:Listan is a manufacturer of computer hardware and in particular specializes in cooling and power supply of computer systems.
The challenge:After ten successful years the existing logo should be transferred in a modern, powerful form. A classic face-lift task: the values of the company should be maintained and the recognition needs to be ensured.
The result:The Executive Board has chosen the most powerful logo of the concepts shown. The bow of the old logo design was modernized and the typography has been completely revised.
DaGo Reifen, Inh. Daniel Goldkuhle
The company: DaGo Reifen is an online retailer of tires and wheels. Within the past 5 years the company has turned from a one-man operation to a growing retail company.

The result:Both the product and the strong growth are reflected in the company's logo. The typography is very motor-sport-like and the slogan suggests a tire.
Raro Music
The company:Raro Music is the company of a music producer who has specialized in the composition of customized Dressage Freestyle Music for dressage riders.
The challenge:The project was a face-lift of the existing logo design of Raro Music. The rider silhouette should be revised. It was important that the logo communicates the exclusivity of its industry and its customers.
The result:The letters of his company were placed on note lines. The dressage horse performs his free program to the staff lines. The logo radiates a lot of tranquillity while moving.
Noesis | Media
The company: noesis | media is a consulting firm specializing in the transformation of products and communication strategies to individual ethnic groups.
The challenge:The logo should be classic and understated. The border crossing needed to be visualized in the logo and throughout the implementation of corporate design.
The result:The selected logo was implemented with minimal graphical elements and a very classic typography. The concept focuses on the expectations of customers in the industry, and represents a classic and professional enterprises.
KONTAX - tax consultancy
The company: Kontax is a medium sized tax consulting firm in East Germany. The 3 partners and 16 employees work for over two decades for small and medium companies in their region.
The challenge:After a generation change within the company the management wanted the logo and overall look of the company to be re-created. The new design should be concise and easy to remember.
The result:The client has selected a very strong and catchy logo and a trademark which can be used anywhere easily. The 'K' is applied to the entire office equipment and emphasizes the simplicity of the approach of Kontax.
Babe baby market
The company: Babe baby market is a retailer of baby clothes, baby furniture and toys.
The challenge:With the increase of retail space and the launching of the re-opening a new design should become a surprise for the customers. The logo should be playful, child-friendly and suitable for a baby shop.
The result:The owner has opted for a logo design that represents his target group. The colourful letters show the stages of a child from infant to toddler. The shapes and colours of the letters remind toys.

The company: werbegeschenke.org is a specialized enterprises, which personalize promotional items in very small quantities.
The challenge:The logo should appear close to the product and be rather conservative. Since this is an online service, a sign should be developed as well. The sign should be used on the website (favicon, button, etc.).
The result:The selected logo is an emblem with a W. The shape resembles a wrapped gift.
Radiology Dr. Markiewicz Dr. Horak
The company: The practice Dr. Markiewicz Dr. Horak from the Ruhr area has been expanded significantly in 2010 and the owners have decided on this occasion to develop a logo for the practice.
The challenge:As the practice did not have a logo, Logoprofi was completely free in questions of design.
The result:Logoprofi presented five different concepts. The client selected the concept with a simple, expressive graphic element. The logo shows a highly abstracted radiation of the X-ray equipment.
Peter Lüttich Consulting
The company: Peter Lüttich is an management consultant for logistics and production. He advises clients from various industries for 15 years.
The challenge:This is the first professionally created logo of Mr Lüttich. So far he used letterheads and business cards from simple word-templates. The goal was to create a strong corporate identity.
The result:Mr. Lüttich has decided to use his initials, the P is in the foreground. The colours and typography inspire confidence.
Deliq expert system
The company: Deliq expert system is a product of Brose Wissens-Management, which is sold successfully for over 15 years. The system is unique, since it finds the best subsidy programmes in Europe for any enterprise.
The challenge:Logoprofi should take care of the naming and develop the entire corporate design including logo development.
The result:The system is meant as a pilot / navigation system that results in an intelligent way through the complex funding landscape. The sonar waves act dynamically and calm at the same time.
Linsemann GbR
The company: Linsemann GbR is a speciality store for photo accessories. Linsemann is traditionally specialized in repair and maintenance of analogue cameras.
The challenge:The owner wanted to revise his logo to represent his name and his products equally.
The result:The logo design is a light-scattering reflection, which appears while taking photos against light sources. The typography was chosen very discreet in order to maintain a balance in the logo.
SF Versicherungsmakler
The company: SF Versicherungsmakler is a successful financial and insurance broker from Hamburg with over 20 years of existence.
The challenge:Thorsten Fiske, the owner, did not use any consistent appearance. He used simple templates for invoices, quotes and other business transactions. The goal was to create an identity that gives an image of professionalism.
The result:Much emphasis was placed on maintaining a calm and balanced appearance of the logo. The writing has been set with a very delicate, very trustworthy typography and the colours are a very 'northern' and, secondly, typical for the insurance industry.
Mauth.CC Change + Communications
The company: MAUTH.CC supports its customers in communicative steering of business change processes and in improving the communication processes with employees, the public and their customers.
The challenge:The aim of the logo revision was to re-use the circular elements and the colour scheme of the existing logo design and transfer into a contemporary form.
The result:The selected logo shows a strong reduction and abstraction of the old logo design. The straightforward logo design represents the company's consulting approach.
